Hot and cold gel pack

For cold compress: place pouch in freezer for at least a half an hour before using to cool
For hot compress: put pouch into microwave oven for 1 to 2 minutes and heat up to desired temperature
Use extreme caution when removing as pouch can get very hot
It is recommended that proud is wrapped in a soft cloth when used for hot applications
